Make invisible skills visible and valued
CLOCK (Collaborative Learning Open Curriculum Kit) is a skills recognition platform designed to make informal and non-formal learning visible and valued. Built around communities of practice rather than traditional curricula, CLOCK helps learners identify, evidence and recognise the skills they develop through work, volunteering, hobbies and everyday life.
Using AI, digital badges and stackable micro-credentials, CLOCK enables individuals to reflect on their experiences, validate their capabilities and gain recognition for learning that often goes unseen.

Activity: Uncover Hidden Skills
Many of the skills we use every day go unrecognised because they are developed outside formal education. In this activity, you'll work with the CLOCK Skills Discovery AI Coach to uncover hidden skills by reflecting on real experiences from your work, volunteering or everyday life.
Through a guided conversation, the AI Coach will help you identify three capabilities, evaluate the evidence you provide and offer personalised feedback on the complexity of your practice. At the end of the activity, you'll be invited to claim the CLOCK Community Badge to recognise your participation.

What You'll Do: Reflect on real experiences with the CLOCK Skills Discovery AI Coach and receive personalised feedback on your capabilities.

What You'll Need: Three real examples of skills you've recently used and a willingness to reflect on your experiences.
What You'll Get: A Personalised AI feedback on your skills, a better understanding of informal learning, and the opportunity to claim the CLOCK Community Badge.
Step by step instructions
Step 1. Open the CLOCK AI Coach
Launch the CLOCK Skills Discovery Conversational Agent.
Step 2. Start Your Skills Discovery
Select Help me uncover my hidden skills and follow the guided conversation.
Step 3. Reflect on Your Experiences
Describe three recent situations where you applied your skills and review the AI Coach's feedback.
Step 4. Claim Your Badge
Complete the Community Badge claim form to receive your CLOCK Community Badge.
Optional: Reopen the AI Coach and explore the other skills discovery options available.
